Minerva Foods supports communities through the Minerva Solidário program, which strengthens civil society organizations and other key local actors. Between 2023 and 2024, the program supported 13 projects encompassing education, culture, sports, leisure, health, well-being for seniors and people in vulnerable situations, professional education, and capacity building for small rural producers. It also encouraged partnerships between public institutions and civil society.
Additionally, Minerva Foods launched the Educate to Transform program, aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education). The initiative provides free school supply kits to children and adolescents attending public schools in cities where the company operates.
Another noteworthy initiative is the Reading is Living project, funded through tax incentives and developed in partnership with the Gil Nogueira Institute. The project promotes reading, oral expression, and writing activities for children in grades one through five—directly benefiting 408 children in 2024, with an estimated 600 participants in 2025.
