Ingredients:

  • 1 Frigomerc Angus Strip Steak packet
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Pineapple vinaigrette:

  • ½ pineapple cubes
  • 2 yellow peppers, chopped
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • salt to taste
  • parsley to taste

Cheese for grilling

Preparation:

Pineapple vinaigrette:

In a medium bowl, add the diced pineapple, chopped yellow peppers, chopped red onion and mix well.

Season with lemon juice, salt and chopped parsley. Mix well and set aside.

Cheese for grilling:

Cut the cheese into small cubes and set aside. In a medium nonstick frying pan, bring to medium heat.

Add the pieces of cheese and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until brown. Set aside.

Roast strip steak:

In the same pan in which you cooked the cheese, return it to medium heat and add the oil.

Place the roast strip steak, season with salt and black pepper and cook for 5 minutes on each side or to the desired point and lightly brown.
