For those who want to gather friends at home, there’s nothing better than a burger night!
Easy and quick to prepare, they are great options for those who are having guests over or simply looking to vary the weekend menu without having to resort to delivery.
Made with ground chuck, burgers offer the perfect balance between fat, flavor, and juiciness, essential characteristics for a quality dish. Check out the step-by-step.
INGREDIENTS
- 600g of Minerva thin skirt
- 1 tablespoon of water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
PREPARING MODE
In a bowl, mix the thin skirt, olive oil, and water. Mix well to release the collagen from the meat.
Divide the mixture into 3 portions of 200g each.
Shape the burgers into a disc shape. Using your thumb, press the center of each burger, as this will prevent it from shrinking and becoming uneven when frying.
In a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, fry one at a time. Season the burgers only at the time of frying.
For a medium-rare burger, fry for 4 minutes. If you prefer it medium, fry for a total of 6 minutes. Serve with your preferred accompaniments right away!
