In this recipe, you’ll savor the tenderness of Estância 92 ribeye, a premium and very juicy cut of meat. This versatile cut can be prepared in various ways, as we have already shown in other content here.

Today, you will learn how to prepare the cut grilled, accompanied by delicious roasted radicchio and mushrooms, a combination rich in nutrients and flavor.

INGREDIENTS

2 packages of Estância 92 New York Strip Steak

2 radicchios, cut into quarters

200g of button mushrooms

¼ cup of olive oil

2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon of coarse salt

Black pepper, ground, to taste

Rosemary, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Season the ribeye steaks with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Place them on the grill and wait for it to heat up to the desired doneness.

In a baking dish, season the radicchio with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and rosemary.

Add the mushrooms and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
