Ingredients
T-Bone
- 1 T-Bone Estância 92
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Parrilla salt to taste
- Coarsely chopped pepper mix (white, black, and pink)
Spicy Farofa
- 4 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 4 cups of manioc flour
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 green pepper and 1 red pepper, seedless and sliced
Preparation:
Farofa
In a pan, heat the margarine and sauté the onion, garlic, and peppers for about 3 minutes over low heat.
Add the manioc flour, mix well, and season with salt to taste. Set aside.
T-Bone
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sear the T-Bone for about 3 minutes on each side.
