Ingredients:
- 1 piece of Hump PUL, approximately 1 ½ kg
- 5 cloves of mashed garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of diced bacon
- 1 package of onion cream
- 2 liters of water
- 1 cup of rosemary
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions:
In a pan, sauté the mashed garlic and bacon in olive oil, adding rosemary and the bay leaf. Then, sear the entire piece of hump.
