Ingredients:
- Estância 92 T-bone
- Grill salt (to taste)
- Ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Chopped parsley (to taste)
Preparation method:
First, mix the mayonnaise with the Dijon mustard and chopped parsley. Set aside.
Then, cut the head of cabbage into wedges. Spread the melted butter over the pieces, season with smoked paprika, and grill on both sides until toasted.
Meanwhile, prepare the meat. Season the Estância 92 T-bone with grill salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Next, place the T-bone on the grill, about 20 cm from the coals. Wait for the juices to start appearing on the surface of the meat; then turn it over and sear for another 5 minutes. Let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Finally, slice the T-bone, separating the meat from the bone. Serve with the grilled cabbage and smoked mayonnaise sauce.
