INGREDIENTS
- 1 Estância 92 Shoulder Heart
- 2 bunches of cleaned asparagus
- 2 red onions, cut into petals
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and ground pepper mix, to taste
- Coarse salt, to taste
PREPARATION:
Season the meat with coarse salt and grill it until it reaches your desired doneness.
