INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Estância 92 Shoulder Heart
  • 2 bunches of cleaned asparagus
  • 2 red onions, cut into petals
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and ground pepper mix, to taste
  • Coarse salt, to taste

PREPARATION:

Season the meat with coarse salt and grill it until it reaches your desired doneness.

In a bowl, toss the onions and asparagus with olive oil, ground black pepper, and salt.

Transfer to a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.
