About the Award

The year 2026 marks the 3rd edition of the Creating Connections Award – Minerva Foods Highlights of the Year. This is a unique global moment in which Minerva Foods recognizes employees who have contributed to the evolution and development of the business.

Last year, the award had approximately 900 participants and 414 submissions, including: 208 nominations and 206 projects from 8 different countries.

In this edition, the award has evolved in terms of submission management and the evaluation process, improving the exclusive platform created internally to support all stages, ensure a positive experience for participating employees, and strengthen data governance.

This year’s submission period runs from July 13 to October 23. All general information regarding participation criteria and evaluation phases is available in the regulations below.

Commitment Category (1)

Commitment category

This category highlights 2026 as the year dedicated to the value of Commitment and will focus on recognizing individuals for their exemplary attitudes through the strengthening of the Culture Assessment process, tenure, and performance.

Employees nominated by Minerva Foods may participate. Eligible nominees are those who achieved an Exceeds Expectations rating in the Commitment value within the Culture Assessment and the Posto a Posto evaluation, in addition to the following criteria:
 
1) Length of service: employees with more than 5 years at the company;

2) Exceeds in the overall evaluation score;

3) Strong performance and delivery of results.

Innocation Category

Innovation Category

Projects submitted to the Minerva Quality Circle (CMQ), as well as administrative/corporate, commercial, logistics, and other area projects, may participate in this category, provided they use the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) or See and Act methodologies.

Projects must already demonstrate proven results focused on at least one of the following criteria:
1) Collaboration between departments;
2) Product or service quality;
3) Process structuring or strengthening.
