Sustainability Governance

At Minerva Foods, sustainability is a strategic priority and is integrated at the highest level of the company’s governance. We have a dedicated management structure in place, composed of specific policies, a multidisciplinary team, global targets, and a clear strategy to guide our actions.

Responsible for implementing the sustainability strategy across global operations. It has a multidisciplinary structure with technical professionals possessing diverse expertise, dedicated to managing and supporting areas related to material topics.

Responsible for advising Senior Management and the Executive Board on sustainability strategy decisions, risk and opportunity assessments, and monitoring of established targets. The board is composed of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, members of Senior Management (CEO, CFO, CCO), the Institutional Relations and Sustainability Departments, and two independent experts with extensive academic and market experience.

Responsible for monitoring the progress of the sustainability strategy implementation across global operations. The committee includes the Chairman of the Board of Directors, members of Senior Management (CEO, CFO, CCO), the Board of Directors, and the Institutional Relations and Sustainability Departments.

Multidisciplinary groups organized to address specific topics within the sustainability agenda.
