    Stakeholder Engagement Plans

Our stakeholder engagement plans are developed based on an assessment of our current relationships with stakeholders and the impacts of our operations. These plans aim to promote initiatives that create genuine positive impact, address local needs, and are guided by trust and mutual understanding.

The Stakeholder Engagement Manual was developed in accordance with the AA1000SES Stakeholder Engagement Standard and the company’s Stakeholder Engagement Policy, which establish global parameters to guide and communicate our practices. The manual complements these documents by serving as a practical guide for implementing the engagement process consistently across all business units. It also outlines the key success factors for effective stakeholder engagement.

Our Livestock Partners

At Minerva Foods, we believe that every bite connects the land to the table—bringing together dedicated producers and consumers who value quality and sustainability. Our journey begins on the ranch, in partnership with ranchers committed to responsible practices, and continues all the way to tables around the world. We ensure that every cut of meat reflects excellence and respect for the environment.

We are committed to promoting a more sustainable, efficient, and transparent food system at every stage of production. We strengthen our value chain by providing high-quality beef and lamb while creating a positive impact in the regions where we operate.

Together, we are shaping the future of the industry.

  • At Minerva Foods, we maintain close and transparent relationships with the communities where we operate. This strengthens our commitment to social responsibility and to protecting human rights across our supply chain.
We demonstrate this commitment through active listening and ongoing dialogue with public and community representatives. These efforts help us identify opportunities, mitigate operational impacts, and direct our social investments toward the real needs of each region.

Our Private Social Investment Policy defines the principles that guide our work and allocates resources across three key areas: socioeconomic development, the strengthening of local stakeholders, and the future of people and communities.
