The short rib is a juicy and flavorful cut of meat that has its roots in American grilling tradition. This cut is distinguished by its marbled texture and depth of flavor, making it a favorite among meat lovers worldwide.   • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of truffle shavings
  • 100g of salted butter, at room temperature
  • 150g of al dente pre-cooked asparagus
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil for frying


Cut the top off the head of garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place truffle shavings over the garlic and wrap it in aluminum foil. Bake in a medium oven for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven, unwrap, and squeeze the cooked garlic with the truffles into a bowl.

Add room temperature butter to the garlic and truffles, mixing well until it forms a creamy compound butter. Set aside.
