In this simple recipe, the succulence of the hump is enhanced by garlic, bacon, and rosemary, while the onion cream adds a special touch.   • 1 piece of Hump PUL, approximately 1 ½ kg
  • 5 cloves of mashed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of diced bacon
  • 1 package of onion cream
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 cup of rosemary
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1 bay leaf


In a pan, sauté the mashed garlic and bacon in olive oil, adding rosemary and the bay leaf. Then, sear the entire piece of hump.

Dissolve the onion cream in 2 liters of water and add it to the pressure cooker. Cook for approximately 2 hours.

After the cooking time, slice the hump and serve with the sauce formed during preparation.
