Minerva Energy is authorized by the Brazilian National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) to operate as a retail electricity trader and is registered with the Electric Energy Trading Chamber (CCEE), in accordance with applicable Brazilian regulations.
Under Brazil’s retail energy trading model, Minerva Energy acts as the representative market agent for eligible corporate customers, managing their participation in the Free Energy Market through the execution of the Retail Energy Trading Agreement (CVV), as well as other privately negotiated electricity purchase and sale agreements, in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
