The operation produces and markets meat and bone meal and blood meal derived from beef processing, supplying high-quality ingredients to the pet food industry. The raw materials are sourced from the slaughtering and deboning operations of Minerva Foods’ facilities in Brazil, ensuring controlled sourcing and the efficient use of processing by-products.

All manufacturing processes are carried out under rigorous quality and food safety standards, supported by comprehensive self-monitoring programs, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
