2 packages of Estância 92 New York Strip Steak
2 radicchios, cut into quarters
200g of button mushrooms
¼ cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of coarse salt
Black pepper, ground, to taste
Rosemary, to taste
Season the ribeye steaks with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Place them on the grill and wait for it to heat up to the desired doneness.
In a baking dish, season the radicchio with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and rosemary.
